Hard to use!
Bought this because we were going to be camping with lows in the low to mid 20s and my partner is one of those people who is always cold. Used it with the Teton Mammoth double 0 degree bag. First, there is no way to get into the thing without scooting in from the top. Second, within an hour my legs were hopelessly tangled in it and I couldn't move about or turn. I ended up getting out of this and just using the sleeping bag. Can't say whether or not it added any warmth to the bag because I didn't stay in it long enough to know. Later in same trip tried some Coleman 50 degree fleece liners that can zip together, you can also zip down the sides and open that liner with the sleeping bag and fold both back to get in. Worked better and was more comfortable, stayed in place, I know those added warmth because even though the night was colder than previous night from the neck down I was too warm, but that's my fault for adding a layer when I really didn't need it.

Good material
Works okay for one to sleep in, two -- you can get all twisted up in it. Difficult to turn over with another in the liner bag. Nice to use when it's not cold enough to cover up in the bag. Looking at buying another one like it for a second person. Haven't found another liner other than around 36 inches wide, Wish I could find one which that was maybe 40-45 inches across.
Does the job and then some.
Just used this camping for the first time. Very comfortable even without being washed before first use, and I kept my sleeping bag clean. Am glad I got the large liner -- I don't like being boxed in and this worked well for me. I think it would also be nice for travel -- a small and light option for taking your own sheets.
