Inexpensive dry bags
The 25L works well for a 3-season extra-long sleeping bag. The 10L holds my day backpack. For camp cooking gear I used a hard-sided container instead. These are good for the price. Fairly thin material but seem waterproof to me.

Lightweight & waterproof but not bulletproof
The best use for these sacks is to waterproof gear or clothing inside a non-waterproof pack, duffel, etc. I have used a similar sack over a sleeping bag that was tied up externally on a pack, but I knew I had to be reasonably careful because these things aren't any sturdier than the non-waterproof stuff sack that comes with the sleeping bag. They save weight over the heavy duty roll-top waterproof dry bags,and are more flexible. They also make a fair pillow in cool weather. Yes, garbage bags are cheaper, but these are better for most uses.
Not as durable as it states.
I bought this bag for a rafting trip to keep clothes, toothbrush, etc. dry. Before i even got on the raft i saw that there were already tears on the bag, just from being left on the ground. From the description this was supposed to be a somewhat durable bag, but the material is thin and feels cheap. Needless to say i definitely do not recommend this bag if you are doing any mild to aggressive outdoor activities.
