BEST BAG I EVER HAD!!
I ordered this bag for my most recent/current deployment...I have never been happier with a sleeping bag. I bought this bag b/c I was looking for a tough, comfortable, warm, lasting sleeping bag. I have purchased cheap ones for other deployments and threw them away at the end b/c they just always sucked. I'm 6'2" at 240 and I guess pretty broad. All the reg sized sleeping bags have always irritated me b/c I sleep on my side and all the others are constricting and just..uncomfortable. Not only is this bag the perfect size and gives me plenty or rollover room without getting all twisted, it is truely warm and has made my sleeping situation way more comfortable. The thickness added some padding to the cot/sleep pad set up I have and adds plenty of warmth as the temperatures in the tent are dropping to belwo freezing. Best Heavy Duty Sleeping Bag Out There
I own two of these sleeping bags, 1 is the -50 model and the other is this model. These sleeping bags are built tough, I can sleep next to the fire in mine and not worry about a little amber flying onto it and instantly melting through. Also the inside is very comfortable and roomy. If your looking for a top of the line durable sleeping bag look no further.
GREATEST sleeping bag EVER!
I actually don't enjoy sleeping bags. I typically choose blankets over sleeping bags, because I don't particularly like being zipped inside, however this sleeping bag is fantastic. I was inspired to order this bag by one I had growing up that had the same color brown outside and duck-printed flannel on the inside. This one is much lighter weight than the old-school one, not too hot, not too cold, not too heavy. Absolutely perfect for our camping adventure. The foot area is rectangular rather than tapered like so many sleeping bags are now. HIGHLY recommend.
