Great Bag! Durable, Warm
This is a great bag. My wife and I have had it for about 18 months. We are outdoor enthusiasts and have taken it on many camping trips. It is durable, and warm enough for most any condition (partly because I am a warm sleeper, and you share body heat with another person). Honestly if you're looking for a light-weight or backpacking bag this is not for you. It's not really heavy, just bulky. But for traditional and car style camping it is perfect. The bag that comes with it is great and makes transporting it easy. If you camp regularly as a family, and want a good quality bag to share with your spouse, I highly recommend this bag.

Plenty warm for most
Stayed plenty warm on a 40 degree night in a VERY airy tent. Our tent has no closing flaps (just screens) and we were very cozy in this bag.
Warm, sturdy canvas, great flannel interior.
We tried this out on a "cold" night in Enchanted Rock, TX. The temp dropped to a recorded 27 degrees and my wife and I stayed warm all night. We used 2 pads underneath the sleeping bag and kept near each other and were *just* fine. Any colder and I think we'd have been uncomfortable. The flannel interior is very skin-friendly and comfortable.
Though this sleeping bag comes with a stuff sack, it doesn't compress all too much. Definitely a car-camping item, this sleeping bag is not light, but very sturdy. The canvas covering is stout but not abrasive. I do expect this to last more than just a few years.
The reason for only 4 stars: does not compress as much as I'd like, though the stuff sack does as much as it can to reduce the size. The bag weighs quite a bit. Given it is not down-filled, I doubt any other synthetic-fill bag could beat it in terms of compression or weight at this price point.
I'd recommend this bag as it keeps two...
