Large, puffy, worthwhile.
The Dream Island bag is very large, with plenty of room for 2 average sized adults to sleep in. I am rather thin, but 6'1", and still have a few extra inches to stretch out. This bag has 2 pillow pockets that I didn't notice on the product review, in which you can insert small pillows of your own or Big Agnes Air Core Pillow - 16x12x2.5 - black.
For the curious, there are only a few differences between this bag and the very similar (but more expensive) Big Agnes King Solomon Sleeping Bag: 15 Degree Down Blue/Gray, DOUBLEWIDE:
1. The Dream Island is larger- about 16" wider in all directions.
2. The Dream Island can be fitted with either the Hinman 50"x78" pad or 2-25"x78" regular pads, while the King Solomon requires 2-20"x78" pads.
3. The Dream Island (with pads) is significantly heavier than the King Solomon by 7-9lbs, depending on the pads used.
4. The Dream Island is filled with synthetic fibers, while the King Solomon is 600fill down.

Very Roomy Bag, but ...
This bag is the only one I could find that could handle my height at 6'5". We like winter camping and this bag was roomy, warm and comfortable. HOWEVER, it is not noted either here or on the Big Agnes website that the bottom side of the bag has minimal insulation. A tag on the product was my only warning that this bag was designed to only be used with sleeping pads or air mattresses for insulation on the bottom.
Fortunately, I bought two, very expensive Big Agnes air mattresses to go with the bag, because I hate slipping off a mattress at night. This bag has a pocket sized right for these mattresses. So, if you are aware of the need for the extra insulation on the bottom, this is a great sleeping bag to share some body heat with that special someone! But don't expect a bargain, because you are going to need to spend some extra money on quality mattresses.
